Trouble with Windows Service Pack 2

Every time we try to upload Windows Service Pack 2, it starts downloading,
nearly finishes and then stops. It will not continue, but instead, gives you
a screen that allows you to remove what you have already downloaded. Can
anyone help?

I'm not entirely clear what your issue is and this is actually the wrong newsgroup to ask.
However, as a workaround, you might try downloading the entire service pack and then
installing:
