Troubleshoot "Download failed" messages for the Program Guide

Media Center is not able to download Guide information
based on the correct ZIP code (60091),however, the
information is readly available via www.zap2it.com.

Comcast - Morton Grove - Lineup (Zip Code: 60091)

Please let me know how I can get this lineup in my Media
Center Program Guide.
