truckergeo has my problem too!

While reading notes, I found Truckergeo has described the same problem I have!

BTW Neither you nor Truckergeo have provided any real detail. It is assumed that the
system is Windows XP etc.

Considerations:

System may be infected with malware "Vundo"

Service does not start and displays "Error 1058"

You cannot manually start the Automatic Updates service and you receive an "Error 1058"
