what a gem this is:

Grandma,
The PC quoted is not one that I would want; thus, I must assume that it is
not one that you would want.

First of all the PC quoted has Windows Vista, which is junk. Additionally,
you do not know how to operate Windows Vista (WV). WV is so bad, companies
like Dell and HP have asked Microsoft to continue to support and make
available windows XP, which is what is on you old PC and is what I (and
millions of others) prefer. Furthermore, the PC quoted has a bunch of junk
pre-loaded, like ebay web access icon, etc.

This is stuff you don't need and will only detract from your enjoyment.

Watch for an email quote of what I would buy.

Nick
