Trust Logon Problem

Hi
Ive created a One way trust between an NT4 PDC and a Win
2003 Server the (NT4 domain is trusted). Trust is inplace
ok and have validated from the 2003 server,however when I
try to log on from a Xp client in the 2003 domain using a
NT4 domain account I get cannot authenicate account.I have
created global group on NT4 added user, then placed this
in a local domain group in 2003 .
Any Ideas
