trusted installer(vista) deleted

i accidentally deleted this file and the copy i made in case i had to replace
and i can't find it when i browse it on the vista home premium cd.. i read up
on it and ppl say it causes ur cpu to go to 100% which happens no my normally
since my processor is *** only 1.8 GHZ i was wondering if u can provide a
download for this file? o.O( srry again for typing like this but again i'm a
teen what do u expect )

Yeah, that should cripple Vista and require a reinstall or System Restore.

Vista SP1 should have better performance in this arena.

Hello,
Open an elevated cmd prompt. ( right-click on command prompt and choose to
run elevated)

see if you can locate this folder
C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-trustedinstaller_31bf3856ad364e35_6.
0.6000.16386_none_8ed67188503ba527

It should contain trustedinstaller.exe, copy it from this folder to
c:\windows\system32 folder
This should work
copy
C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-trustedinstaller_31bf3856ad364e35_6.
0.6000.16386_none_8ed67188503ba527\trustedinstalle r.exe c:\windows\system32

Once copied, then run sfc /scannow.
