Trying to Download Service Pack 2

I try to download the service pack 2 from the update site but I always get
[Error number: 0x800B0001 anyone know how to fix this?

Order the CD from

Register these 3 DLLs:
Start/Run
Type "regsvr32 SOFTPUB.dll" ENTER
Type "regsvr32 Mssip32.dll" ENTER
Type "regsvr32 Initpki.dll" ENTER
