trying to find

I am trying to find a program of windows installer for windows 98se..I
have downloaded things but they don't seen to work..I was trying to
get ad aware to install on my pc but it states I need an update of
windows installer..I have downloaded two of them and nothing...so can
anyone help me...my email is if you email me
please put windows installer in the subject line..
