No one can begin to help unless you tell us which application it is
that's causing the problem. Have you at least contacted that
application's manufacturer to verify that the version you have is indeed
Vista-compatible?

Read your own "good post"

You are just a show pony!

He has answered your questions about his problems.
If you CAN'T answer HIM, don't try and be smart; it does not suit you!

Hi, Mick

I think you are being a little harsh. The OP never specified any brand or
model or name of the software or hardware he is having problems with. The
OP never said whether anything he had installed in the past was or wasn't
Vista compatible. He kind of implied that if he installed something and it
work one time, then it must be Vista compatible, which is just plain wrong.
He doesn't say if that is the case with the software he uninstalled and then
tried to reinstall. Just because it works doesn't mean it isn't interfering
with other things on the computer. Maybe you read the OP's posts
differently than I did. Perhaps the OP is creating his own list of
compatible software and is installing every non-compatible software package
he can find to test. I'm pretty sure that would soon bring him to the state
where the system locks up on every program he tries to install.

Alright lets try this again just got updates and now I can install the apps
without any trouble but still can't run them as for you qustion yes I have
all of this program install on vista once before I have a bad virus and
because of that none of these programs worked right so I uninstalled them
then tried to install them again none of them would even install system just
froze up but like I said I just got updates and now I can install but the app
(which consistes of VideoImpresstion 1.6 and photo) and one new game I just
try to install (Grand Theaft Auto Vice City) Like I said I can install now
with no problems programs just hang (apphangB1) Im not sure if the game maybe
a compatibly problem I dont think it is because I can load the Game and can
my option without and problem But when i try to play it the games stops
responding
