trying to install SP2

when trying to install SP2 i get error 5 access is denied to several items in
the registry key. If i ignore the errors SP2 will not install and i get the
error message access is denied and the files are removed.

I went on to registry editor to change the permissions of the items
highlighted but if i click on the folder it says error while opening key and
i cannot change the permission.

Please help

Are you trying to install as a User or Administrator?

i am logged on as a user with administrator rights. It will let me change
some of the registry values but not the ones which are causing the errors.
Nothing appears in the window to the right when i click on the files
concerned.
