I think it is the file is the .zip file is 700mb which is too big. When I
looked at other
blogs they say no more than 100mb.

As Dave has suggested, the file size may be too big and understand, the file
size you see is smaller than what it will be when it becomes an e-mail
attachment. File size constraints are placed on users by their ISP. You
need to check file size to get some idea of the size you are dealing with
and then check requirements set by your Internet provider. Since you are
zipping the file, there are zip programs than can split files that can later
be reintegrated thus allowing you to send the file in multiple smaller
e-mails.

Actually even 2 mb is too big as an email attachment for most servers, and
100 mb is WAY too big. Sending videos via an e-mail attachment is not easily
workable unless you can squeeze them down to 1 mb or less. There may be
other solutions, such as creating a website containing your videos. Good
luck.

I can't speak for all ISPs, but the ones I've dealt with have never
had a problem with 2MB. I can usually send 3MB or more without a
problem.

Yes, that's certainly true for almost any ISP.

Gmail and Yahoo(UK) servers cope with upto 20mb attachments.
