Trying to set up Fax in Windows XP Home

I am trying to set up the fax in the Windows XP Home. When I go to Control
Panel and then Add new program and then to Add and remove windows components.
I click on the Fax Services and it prompts me to add my Window XP Disk. It is
only the SP1 disk. It cannot find the fax program. I do my updates on my
computer but am not sure if I have the SP2 or if I should be downloading it
to get the fax service.
