Hi, I have this problem on my spare computer. Every time I turn the
computer on I am presented with a blank screen. No POST or BIOS
appears and the led on the monitor is yellow (it turns green when it
gets a signal). I recently changed the graphics card from a Nvidia
Geforce 4 to a Ati Radeon 9800. I have tried the monitor in the
onboard graphics and on the radeon and I still have the same problem.
The computer used to work fine. I disassembled the computer a couple
of months ago because I was going to use it as a server but decided to
reassemble it and sell it on. I have reset the CMOS but still to no
avail. I'm really stuck. Please Help.

If there is no post - then this is far beyond a Windows Update issue. POST
is a pre-OS operation.

In other words - hardware issue. Either you fried something or connected
something back incorrectly.
