Step 1:Open control panel
Step 2:Click on Optimize visual display under Ease of Access
Step 3:Uncheck turn on narrator
Step 4:Click on apply
Step 5:Restart system
After I restarted narrator popped up at the logon screen but after that
everything was cool.

Thank You vey much i was going crazy trying to find where on my computer that
i would be able to shut of the narrator and you told me how!!!! this site is
the best!!!!
