Simply turning them off is as foolish as blindly installing all of them.
If your business lives or dies on the reliable availability of your
Windows-based systems, you should have someone responsible for
monitoring the fixes, downloading the ones that apply to your
installation and testing them on systems that run your business
software.
Once he's verified that the fixes and your software coexist, he can then
deploy those fixes to the rest of the systems in your business.
