turn on suggested sites, use express settings

hello,

last week if have deployed IE8 from WSUS 3.0 SP2 on all me servers (50). Now
when I start IE on my server there are 3 dialogs

1. Welcome to Internet Explorer 8 (NEXT)
2. Turn on Suggested Sites (no NEXT)
3. Choose you settings (use express setting FINISH)

why? If I deploy IE 8 on my 1000 clients, we have many helpdesk questions...

can I automat this dialogs
