I have the same problem with my computer, running XP Pro, and Service Pack 2.
The option to change Automatic Update is "Greyed" out, and I can't change
anything. I've emailed Microsoft, but still haven't got a reply? If anyone
knows how to "fix" the "greyed" out options, please help.
