I have a Hauppauge dvb same as you, even though the drivers install ok and
it say installed correctly and no problems, i do not get a picture or radio
and Media center also says no card found or installed.
does anyone else know what the problem could be?.

My WinTV Nova-T works fine in Vista - installed easily using the Vista
package on Hauppauge site and Media Centre is a dream. MUCH better than the
legacy WinTV program.

I have a Hauppanuge card. You will need to ensure you have the latest
driver for Vista, otherwise you will have problems with the cable
connection.
