TV Tuner?

Is there any way to view my ATI TV tuner card, without actually having a full
Windows Media Center OS on my XP Pro system? I'm running Media Player v11.

Thanks Neil,
I use ATI's Media Center with no issues, but just wanted to be able to
utilize Media Play or something within MS and test a different program.
