Two instances of some programs

When I open Internet Explorer, two instances open. This is true if Outlook
Express as well.

Whay can I do to correct this problem?

Just a guess...but if you have your folder
options set for single click...double clicking
your IE icon would open two instances. As
for Windows Mail...I didn't know you could
run two instances of it. Is it possible that
you have more than one e-mail program?

Not sure what your problem is: you can, or can't open 2 instances of OE?

But if you have Vista, why are you using OE anyway?
