Two Instances of Taskeng.exe in Processes

Greetings,

I don't think there is great reason for concern, but I was just wondering
why I see two instances of taskeng.exe in the Processes tab of the Task
Manager (without checking the Show Processes from All Users)? Both are from
my user account and both refer to the same legit System32 file, but it still
seems odd that there are two processes since I did a Google search and very
few people have that also. (I am running Kaspersky IS7 also which is the only
thing that I could see doing that.)

Thanks.

Are you certain that one isn't taskeng.exe and the other is taskmgr.exe?

Oh yeah, Absolutely! I get two taskeng.exe's and one taskmgr.exe. I just
wonder why this might happen when both of the taskeng.exe refer to the same
program.
