Two Months. STILL NO DREAMSCENE!

I "STILL" cannot download Dreamscene.

It doesn't list, I am running ENGLISH "MUI". I deleted my
ServiceDisturbution Folder...

No Fix...

I am getting "SO" annoyed, I bought Ultimate so I can have this god forsaken
program. Microsoft "HAS NOT" commented on any of my posts previously.

It's time to fix this error. Now.
