The main office is putting in a new domain controller, 64 bit server, remote
office has it's own domain but is a W2K server. Does anything need to be done
to the W2K server once the DC is moved to 2008 64 bit server?

Hello KBJM,

Are the 2 domains in the same forest or also different forests? Please describe
more detailed your forest setup.

Best regards

Different forests. Trusted link....share Exchange Store....VPN.....Different
AD.....was curious how the server there would interact w/ the new server.

Hello KBJM,

If that are different forests, there is nothing to do, the trust between
them will still work. Only the forest where you add the new server the schema
has to be upgraded.
