There are two problems with the dialog:
1. When someone from the list adds icons to the nickname - e.g. Fred
(tu)(tu) The icon is not fully visible (you can see only the legs of the
turtle)

2. My list is sorted by "online/offline" status - why do I have to see the
options "Work" and "Other contacts"

Greetings Guy,

1. Yeah that's obviously due to constrained space. These kinds of cosmetic bugs are fixed in
later small updates to Messenger usually.

2. You shouldn't have to. If the Contacts menu (Alt-C if hidden), Sort Contacts By, Status
option is selected you should only have 3 groups -- Online, Offline, and Mobile. What
happens if you right-click these groups, can you choose Delete Group?

Thanks for the reply Jonathan.

If I try to delete the group - it asks me for confirmation to delete ALL the
contacts
LOL!
No way.
Now - Do I have to move my 111 contacts from one side to another?
