Could you please give us at least a basic description of your computer so
that someone might have a better chance of giving you some pertinent advice?
Make and model of your computer, or motherboard and graphics card if you
built it yourself? And your monitor, too. Which specific version of Vista:
Vista Home Basic RTM? Vista Ultimate x64 SP1? Or something in between.
There are some important differences in how the different configurations
display graphics.
Why did you format and reload Vista? Were you having problems before? What
kind of problems?
