Two SP1 RC Problems

1. I running on a laptop connecting wirelessly through an access point to the
web. When I run the Trouble Report form for the Vista RC it errors stating
that it can not connect make the connection. The taskbar icon shows I'm
connected.
2. Sometimes when I start IE7 it can not display my home page
"http://www.microsoft.com/en/us/default.aspx" until I click on the refresh
button.
