How can I make it happen that when ever I type a quote => " <= that it shows
up immediately and that I dont have to type space?
It had something to do with regional settings but I cant find it.

Install the US keyboard rather than US International.Control Panel -
Regional and Language Options - Keyboard and Language - Change Keyboard
