UAC don't show more message for this program or something

I have a program for quick launch button, this program works well, but every
time i turn on the computer this program access the registry and UAC display
a comfirm button, too with winrar, every time i use context button or double
click the UAC display the alert. Have any way to disable the UAC for
programs than i trust ....
