UAC Suggestion

When you get around to the next update, any chance of making a way for a user
or administrator to "once-and-for-all" approve a start-up program, instead of
going through the "I blocked your program" nonsense each time you boot?

It seems ludicrous to have UAC "protect" me from my anti-virus program, to
"keep me safe(!?)"

UAC keeps saying that it has some group to determine the "good" programs
from the "bad" programs, but it never seems to update itself after getting
this "advice" -- and there seems to be no way to communicate with this
"mystical group" or volunteer to join it -- if it really exists in real life,
and is not a figment of UAC's imagination.

the reason for this behaviour of UAC is that often viruses take the place of
valid programs so if it remembered it was ok, then the next time it would
run it, it would be infected...

I do not like UAC as it is... so I turn the darn thing off
I dont know how they should do it.. but its not good that way... Im sure
there is a better way.

They can't take the place of valid programs without being different, and if
name were the only attribute that UAC used to determine whether it was a
previously approved application, it would be incredibly dumb. It would be
quite easy to use enough markers to assure that it was the same code, or pop
up the warning again stating a change had been made.
