Uac

I turned uac off. Now I am getting the message from my system tray tha
I have serious security problems on my computyer, I dont how do I tur
this off as well

You have to replace computer. Next time leave uac on.

Control Panel > Windows Security Center > change the way security center
alerts me..

Pick one of the three options which suits you best..

where you turn it off there is a sectoin on the left called "change the way
security center alerts me"

you then get a choice of....

Yes, notify me and display the icon (recommended)
Don't notify me, but display the icon
Don't notify me and don't display the icon (not recommended)

If you choose option 3 you wont get bothered at all
