Based on other recomendations and error messages in my logs, I enabled "COM+
Event System" service and the situation substantially changed (I know that it
helped to some other people). Unfortunately, I was not able to start that
Service, my post is a few lines below, so my problem is still not resolved
and I am waiting for help. Good luck!
