Udate to Windows 98 Second Edition

Can someone please tell me what is involved in updated to Windows 98 Second
Edcition. Is it a case of a download or is it software I have to purchase

You have to purchase it. As it is no longer available from MS, you can
try Ebay or a large computer store.
Avoid OEM versions if you can.
