Ulead VideoStudio 11 not opening

Hi Gurus,
I installed Ulead VideoStudio 11 alright but it doesn't open. Error
message comes up saying:
The security information is invalid or has been modified. This program
will be terminated.
That's strange as this software used to work properly on Win XP here.
I expect it's a Windows Vista setting or registry key that is blocking
the startup of this software.
q1. Has anyone faced this same problem on this or any other software
under Vista?
q2. Did you reach a solution?
q3. If no solution avail, would you recommend a reasonably priced
video-editing software which runs under Vista?

UVS11 works perfectly OK here on Ultimate. Have you tried re-installing?

I installed Ulead VS 11plus about a month ago on Vista Business. Installed
fine. Running stable...
