hi, I'm on Vista Ultimate, I can't open Task Manager, it's grayed out..

why is this..

Malware can knockout Task Manager so you can't see what is running.

You can use Process Explorer so you can see what is running until you get
things sorted out. PE is free and you can download it at the site.
