I have the exact same problem...
I tested the following things:
I uninstalled Texas Hold 'em, to see if it would reappear in the list...It
wouldn't (so is now gone forever on that system)
Next I set up a Virtual PC running Vista, and it has no problem finding
these updates. The language packs were there last week, now no updates are
available at all anymore (even ones I had installed before and deinstalled to
check).
Tonight I am gonna try and see if I have a backup from last week, to see if
theproblem is the same with that one, otherwise I see no other option than to
reinstall Vista (But I already dread having to reactivate my OEM, AND my
FSX...)...
