Does Ultimate include everything that Enterprise has, or is Enterprise a
superset of Ultimate or does each edition have features that the other
doesn't have? (I can't find much info on Microsoft's site about Enterprise
Edition)

Ultimate contains 'everything' that is in all the other editions.

Feature-wise, Vista Ultimate ed. includes all available features of any
edition of Vista.

The Enterprise ed. is licensed under a different corporation oriented
licensing scheme than retail versions of Vista. Vista Enterprise lacks the
Media Center, DVD authoring and Parental Controls software that Vista U has.

Ultimate Includes Microsoft Support For Only 5 Years, Whereas Business
Edition and Enterprise Edition Includes Microsoft Support For 10 Years, Just
FYI.
