Ultrasound: Missing member data

I'm in the middle of a crash course in FRS/DFS while I try to replicate our
software install repository to a few remote offices. I've experienced a
number of problems that I won't go into here, but I've installed Ultrasound
to try to help me get a handle on them.

I have three replica sets with the same four member servers in each set.
When I use the Details tab in Ultrasound I see all four member servers,
however, one of those servers doesn't seem to be reporting the same
information as the others. For example, it does not display the 'FRSversion'
information.

If I look at the Health tab the server is listed, but unlike the other
servers it does not include any of the [in] and [out] connection information.

If I look at the Summary tab under Members this server isn't listed at all,
but if I look just to the right under Connections I see the server listed
there.

I'm confused because it appears that this server simply isn't reporting all
of its data. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the provider twice with no
change. I do see two warnings in the event logs after I run the install
telling me that the provider has been registered to use the LocalSystem
account and may cause a security violation if it does not correctly
impersonate requests, but I also see these warnings on the other servers that
do appear to be reporting properly.

Anyone have any insight as to why this one server isn't reporting the same?
