UN-DELETE MAIL ACCOUNT?!

I deleted a pop3 mail account from Windows Mail (an account I no longer have
online) and realised too late that I need some information from the inbox!
Is it too late to get it back somehow?

PLEASE help!

Did you try the account's web access? If you had selected to "save a copy
on the server" on that account, then all of your mail would also be on that
site.

Just add the account back again via Tools | Accounts | Add | Mail.

It isn't clear to me exactly which information you need.
Copy of an old email? Account settings. Something else?
Just deleting an account does not delete its downloaded messages
from your Windows Mail.
