I get the following message after sending "Offer Remote Assistance" from
WLM:

<Recipient name> does not have Remote Assistance installed(or disabled)
and is not able to accept your invitation.

Note that RA is enabled at the RA recepient's PC. The the above is done
between the two PCs in the home network so I can trouble shoot both PCs
involed. The RA offer is submitted from Vista x86 machine and the RA
recipient PC is running XP x64.
Any trouble shooting suggestion is appreciated.

Greetings Churin,

Have the XP user download and run this .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/ra_x64.reg

Then have them restart Messenger and try again.

Hello, Jonathan. I don't know why I have one problem after another about RA.
Anyway, I downloaded the .reg file and modified the
registry(automatically) but it had no effect on the problem. I reviewed
the registry and confirmed that modification seemed done according to
the .reg file.
Another thing I noticed is that both "Request Remote Assistance" and
"Offer Remote Assistance" are not in the "Action" menu list of WLM on
the part of the XP x64 machine. Is this any clue to determine the
culprit? Could it be corrupt WLM installation? WLM not compatible with
XP x64?

Any further suggestion would be appreciated.
