Unable to access files on USB device

Hi,

I am having a problem accessing files on my portable USB device (Pendrive)
on Window XP after having it plugged into Window Vista Business Laptop.

Can you please help.

Check the manufacturer's website for Vista compatible files for the
Pendrive. Most USB storage media that included XP files in the device now
need Vista files added.
