I would agree with Marcin
It sounds like you have a user with the same id in both domain A and B,
which isn't using the trust relationship up to its true potential. Set up
the trusting domain with the id from the trusted domain thereby eliminating
the request for the credentials. This also makse it easier for users since
they only have to manage 1 id between the two domains.
