Unable to add printer

I have recently bought a new printer and it wont allow me to install. I get
the following message.

Can not find file "c:windows\rundll32.exe" (or one of its components). Make
sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are
available.

I find that anything I try and do in my settings I get this message.

How do I fix this problem?

I have read and done all the things that listed above. I still can not
print. It shows that the printer is not on my computer. What should I do.
I am unable to print anything that I need.
