Unable To Complete Sfc

HI
When i run sfc/scannow it only runs to 77% and stops telling me that
Windows
Resource Protection could not perform the required operation " and ye
i have run test to log what files they are but it still wont repair o
replace these files ?
I also ran a Hard disc test and its ok i also ran Malwarbyes but n
results. Can
someone help Please .

Acer 5735, 500hDD, 4gb mem Vista home premium sp2
