unable to connect on WSUS clients

Hi all,
I installed WSUS on a W3k Srv. and configured mydomain1.local to use my
WSUS server as update server via changing default domain policy gpo.
All worked fine, synchronisation and and installing on clients all ok.

Changeing the default domain policy gpo im mydomain2.com (another
domain) results in clients to get "unable to connect to the automatic
update service" on all clients in mydomain2.com???

Any help is highly appreciated.
