In order to successfully run scan disk and Defrag, you have to disable all
anti-virus, anti-advertisement, anti-trojan horse software. You may want to
run Disk Clean up after running scan disk and Defrag. Be sure to enable your
anti-virus, anti-advertisement and anti-trojan horse software before you
resume use of your machine.
