Dear Sages of Ages,
I upgraded from XP to Vista and got switched from Outlook Express to Windows
Mail. When R clicking a contact I get message box stating Windows Explorer
is closing then it is restarting. Then the Contacts window closes. Is there
a way to change back to Outlook Express?
Thanks Guys,
Bob

No, Outlook Express doesn't run under Vista.
But you can upgrade to Windows Live Mail:

Gary-thanks for the suggestion. I was finally able to delete all the
contacts and added back ones needed.

I'm not interested in adding a "beta" program and my internet provider will
not support Windows Live Beta. So what does a guy do to correct this program
short of the beta fix?

I know this was a while back but did anyone ever find an alternative
(non-beta) solution to the problem with deleting contacts in Windows Mail?
This is driving me mad.

Thanks

NO - I am getting very tired and impatient about this problem also. I was
told not to mess with "Beta" solutions.

"Beta" is just a label. Most people who have tried the latest WLM beta
would agree with me that it is more stable than Windows Mail.
