Thanks Mick, i have emptied all the folders including the deleted items folder.
These files appear if for example : i type a name or letter in the search
box on the desktop, it searches and finds files with any of the typed text!
If i type a contacts name from my e-mail list say Mark, it shows files as
mentioned but the e-mail has been deleted six months ago! So these files, i
think are (.eml) appear, as for mentioned when clicked on there is no
hilighted delete tab to remove them. I will take note on the errors that
appear and any other notes and post them to see if they shed some light!
