Unable to delete Emails

I have 2 emails, one in the inbox, and the other in the
deleted folder that I cannot delete. They are preventing
me from being able to sync my mail with my exchange
server. The word from Toshiba, was "do a hard reset, and
reload everything" but that sould like a quick answer
when they don't know what else to say.

Does anyone know what file stores all email on a
PocketPC....I want to be able to delete them all, and let
them be rebuilt when I re-sync with my server.
