Unable to delete a file

It's a common GIF file.
When I trying to delete it, it spends "unlimited" time do wait, wait,
wait...

Any method/tool can help me to do so?

You should first try rebooting into "Safe Mode" and then trying to
delete it.

Hmm, my 2nd wild guess of a suggestion would be to open up the command
prompt and try and delete it that way. If you don't know how to do this,
just ask.

del /f [filename] also does not help.
I had a Google search and therefore know that it is a known bug in Vista.
I am waiting for MSFT to send me the fix.

If you find that when you try to Copy, your Vista takes ages; or if yo
have noticed a slow down or a non-response message when copying a fil
across the network; and if the copy process stops responding (or hangs)
