I have a Dell Studio XPS 9100 computer with Windows 7 Prof, using Windows
Live Mail, version 2011, Build 15.4. I am unable to delete five files in
the Junk e-Mail folder. If I right click on a file, and select delete, I
receive a dialog box that states: An unknown Error has Occurred.

Any suggestions for solving this problem would be very much appreciated, Sam

P.S. If I delete the current Junk e-Mail folder, will WLM create a new Junk
e-Mail folder after I shut it down and re-open it?

Just lest click on the file, hold down the mouse button and drag it to
the deleted items folder.
